Shake well and strain into old fashioned

Mustang

Leger Scotch
juice of ½ lemon
½ tsp sugar
Shake ingredients in shaker filled with ice.
Strain into martini glass

Marinated
Salmon
1 cup orange
juice
2/3 cup St. Leger Scotch
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup liquid honey
3 tbsp orange zest
2 tbsp dijon mustar
2 tbsp Worcestshire sauce
1 tbsp pepper
3/4 tsp salt
8 salmon filets (6 oz. each)
Mix all ingredients except fish.
Marinade salmon for 2 - 3 hours in
refrigerator.
Grill until slightly firm and opaque in center,
approximately 4 minutes on each side.

12 oz. St. Leger
Scotch
1 large can condensed milk
4 tsp chocolate syrup
3 large eggs
1 cup table cream
Mix all ingredients in blender.
Serve in pitcher.
Keep refrigerated for up to one week.
